Rod Soper, researcher and gratitude champion
Rod has more than seventeen years in the field of personhood development. He has held a range positions including; educational specialist, head of school, entrepreneur, author, trainer, speaker, coach and mentor.
Rod’s expertise in personhood design includes research into ontological and interpersonal development, critical thinking, pedagogy and transformational workspace environments. He has conducted numerous research projects and published papers and book chapters within the field of thought leadership, pedagogical change, leadership design and organisational culture.
Rod is passionate about helping people to realise their full potential through personal and work-related vision building, design and execution. Through his work, he aims to build a network of transformational people by facilitating change through personal growth, creative, critical and reflective thinking and innovation across the lifespan.
The establishment of the Playing with Gratitude Project is another expression of his commitment and vision to foster a community of creative and enquiring people who confidently move forward into the world with deep personal confidence and open-mindedness for life innovation.
